Dr Draw and the Strange Parade:
Dr. Draw is known as the first ever violinist to venture from rock and classical into electronic club culture. Whether opening for A-list acts like Cyndi Lauper at an open air festival in the U.S., or creating near chaos at the Toronto Beaches Jazz Festival or playing luxury brand events like Chloé and Dom Pérignon; Dr. Draw inspires kudos wherever he plays. Lately, his reputation is growing eastward. Performances have included playing in Singapore and a spate of Louis Vuitton events in Hong Kong, Malaysia, and South Korea.
During the World Expo in Shanghai, China in the summer of 2010, Eugene was asked to represent Canada. His performances wowed audiences there, and translated to a major success for Draw while furthering his exposure worldwide. Performing in such frenetic locales energizes the performer all over again allowing him to “creatively interact with cultures all across the world.” The result is a constantly evolving musical style that brings together the seemingly disparate elements of classical violin, jazz-rock fusion, folk and pop into a riveting masala that feeds the soul and invigorates audiences.

Floyd Factor – Canada’s Pure Pink Floyd Experience
A REVIVAL OF THE PINK FLOYD SOUND, 1967-1982.
An entirely unique tribute to peak-period Floyd, done for Floyd fans, by Floyd fans.
Whether you’re a Pink Floyd fan or a pal of one of the members, this group will let you know what’s going on in the band. Welcome to the inner sanctum…. lol!
“This band refuses to compromise on accuracy, but we also bring the “jam” flavour of real 70′s era Pink Floyd concerts to our shows. It’s mostly about the positive exchange of energies between live band & audience, for us. This music is sacred to many, the band included, and can make some wonderful things happen in a live setting. We love performing it for people who know it, and we’re very fortunate & grateful to be recreating some of the greatest music ever recorded. We hope our love of Floyd’s music shows in the performances.”
Floyd Factor’s 2013 show features selections from Pink Floyd’s finest recorded work, with a constantly shifting list of material that changes with every show. You might hear Echoes one night, maybe Dogs the next, or The Wall Part 1, or a complete album.
If you like what you hear & see, please invite any of your Floyd fan friends to join the goup! Or check out some videos below. But come see a show – that’s where the magic really happens.
